Aspen Dental in Harrisburg has been a positive experience so far. The office manager Anna was great to work with and very personable. No one likes going to the dentist but my first few experiences there are actually changing my thought on that. Dr. Withanachchi was awesome working on my root canals and I thank him for his quality work. I hate the dentist....I have bad teeth...but I must say this office is very nice. Everyone there is friendly. I went in while in horrible pain. I was ready to have all of my teeth pulled. But they took the time to explain and price out all the options for me. Of course they suggested i keep my teeth (being 34 I can understand why now that i m not in pain!).... even explained my insurance and when it resets etc. to come up with a doable treatment plan. I have never had anything less than a PERFECT visit. Sam - Reception, Anna - Office Manager, Elisa - Dental Assistant, and Dr. Desai are all great at their job and great with people. I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental in Harrisburg, PA.
My recent visit to this office was quite welcoming. It was my first dental office experience in years. I was nervous. The friendly assistant (Cindy) was very good....she was quick and efficient and totally made me feel at ease. The doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. My visits to Aspen Dental are always greeted by the very freindly and courteous Sam (receptionist). When I am taken back I always get a big greeting and how are you from Lisa & Kisha (dental assistants). When Dr. Butler comes in she always has a big smile and greets you and asks how your doing. She always explains what she is going to do and wow I never feel a thing! I cannot say enough positive things about this practice! From the time I started with them, they have been nothing but professional and courteous. The Office Staff are great!
