Medically they are fine and staff is nice, which was the only thing keeping me there for so long. But their Financial department is TERRIBLE. I've been very understanding for years but this is the last straw. The first time I went here (Some time in 2020 or 2021), they did fluoride for my teeth, which I didn't see any issue with until I was charged for it because my insurance did not cover it. I had a very good visit, the staff was wonderful. The process was done in a very professional way. I believe your office manager deserves a raise. I'm very happy with my visit at Aspen Dental . The dentist did a great job and was very courteous and informative about what he was doing.
Call the Attorney General if they deceive you! Known to move financial team so they do not have be held accountable for deceptive practices! Quoted one price for dental work. My husband asked multiple times to make sure of the price before having anything done. I heard him on the phone confirming prices. His part of total would be 329.00. Paid in full. Just went back for cleaning and was presented a past due bill for over 2000.00! They received 1000.00 from insurance. Was only offered the most expensive partial denture and ... read more
Jerry had an appointment scheduled for March 7, 2024 at the Mall road Florence, Ky location and they canceled it the day before. He called them twice and they did not return his calls. I had an appointment for March 12 and they canceled it the day before and will not return phone calls.
