Overall, it was a good first visit. The wait was a little long. Right at an hour. The X-ray technician needs to communicate better than just pointing. After that... everything went well. Excited to see the results!
The staff at Aspen Dental were professional yet comforting! I was a little nervous but they made me feel at ease! And Caitlin was very helpful with finding me financing options! I walked out very satisfied!
The team took great care of me from the time i started my X-rays to the end of my cleaning. The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because it took almost an hour to be seen. But if you don't mind waiting, you'll love Aspen dental.
Worst place ever .. I had them to pull the rest of my bottom teeth & got bottom dentures.,I had top ones that I got a couple years back at another dentist. They insist I needed top and bottom ones . Do I have I to top ones too : my bottom teeth were not right . I kept telling the nurse & she was rude and ignored it. I called several times to come back for them to fix them .They got loose real quick mo matter what I put on them to hold them .They rub blisters on my gum after wearing them for like 10 minutes: they didn’t care ... read more
One star to open this dialogue. I am NOT about to praise these people in the least! While they ARE pleasant folks to deal with, AFFORDABLE is not within their vocabulary. I arrived for an initial consultation just fine. That was the end of the niceties. Long story short, I simply needed dentures done a bit differently than the traditional way "Grampa's dentures" were.
