I have been dental patient with Aspen dental for several months and I have nothing but good things today say about them. The docs are very good at their job, but you really need to meet all the staff, starting with the folks up front, then meet your tech folks. They are really good folks and they care about you, Give them a try next time you need to see a dentist, be sure and see them first. You won't have to go anywhere else.
Today was my first consultation to get some work done & cosmetic work done. I have struggled with dental anxiety for years causing me to have no dental care for the last 2, until today. Heather, Hannah, & Dr. Brewer were the kindest souls to me! They reminded me that dental care is healthcare, and gave me a confidence boost. They were beyond compassionate. And they were SO thorough and quick! I was early, was took back early, and finished within an HOUR!
First time going to dentist in over 20 years ( I know!). Was very hesitant at first bc of mixed reviews, but I must say I had an awesome experience.Dr Brewer and his team made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They didn't suggest doing work that doesn't need done. Way more affordable than I was expecting! Very happy with choosing Aspen Dental for my dental needs!
Aspen Dental of Kingsport, Tn has been so wonderful through the process of losing several teeth and gaining partials that I so did not want to get. The entire office staff has been great. From the always smiling receptionist, hygienist that are willing to go the extra mile, dentists that are so kind, patient and always willing to explain things in detail, even the office manager always willing to take time to go over expenses and help find financial assistance. Thank you for all the great help
From the time I arrived until I left my experience was great. Each and every staff member and the dentist was very pleasant!! I didn’t feel pressured at any time to make a decision. I cannot say that about other offices I have been a patient at!!! My questions were answered and things explained to me in a fashion that I could understand.
