I have been coming to this office for a few years. Ruby, Front Desk, seriously has the absolute best Customer Service skills. I watched how she handled a difficult, impatient person and was so impressed that I wanted to do a review on her alone but I thought back over my many visits and have to commend all the staff. I know that excellent service starts with management and how they treat their people. Y’all are doing it so very right and thank you just wasn’t enough hence this review.
It was a pleasure dealing with the entire team of professionals who handled my visit. They were friendly, polite, and able to provide me with many different options concerning my situation. Above all they seemed to genuinely care about my well being and that reason above all others rates 5 stars or more. A truly wonderful group!
Very quick and efficient-although they were very very busy. Staff was very polite. The "upsell" bothered me, but I guess that's every where you go nowadays. Overall a pleasant experience. I really appreciated the fast service and polite staff.
UPDATE: Hi Mitch! You all well deserve 5 stars! There's a reason why I didn't rate the review that way. I worked for the President of a department at a speedway for years and that's what he told me during my reviews when I asked why I didn't get 5 stars. He told me I deserved more than 5 stars but if he gave me 5 stars, it wouldn't leave any room for improvement, even the slightest improvement. So don't take offense to the 4 stars. Nice people, who seem to be doing their best, but what a waste of time. -Staff didn’t know my coverages even though I provided them insurance well in advance. This caused all kinds of delays and confusion. -Felt like staff was pushing electric toothbrushes, prescriptions, and other dental services not typically covered by insurance. -Hygienist wasn’t available. -Spent an hour and a half here and left without a cleaning, a partial exam, and no call back to reschedule.
