After my bridge fell out in the front of my mouth and finding out the surrounding teeth could not be repaired I had no choice but a denture or implants. I am older and went for the denture. I thought Aspen was a good place to go to. I was wrong. In March of 2022 I got a temporary denture and while it was not comfortable at all I thought the permanent one would be a lot better. This place is a scam! Warning! Just awful! Extreme upselling, scripted interactions, compartmentalized organization. It's a tried-and-true structure similar to how people fall into the trap of timeshares or phishing scams. I was in the office for an hour and all the office chatter was nothing but other clients complaining about billing and the staff being abrasive about it all. First appointment was great. You won’t feel like you’re being judged like you do at a lot of places. Everyone was very kind and compassionate. The dentist doesn’t try to sell you extra services. I’ll update after my treatments are complete!
The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Their motto is no judgment and they are true to their word on not judging. The staff answered all of my questions with clarity. The procedures are a bit pricey even with insurance but, I believe it will be worth it. I truly like the atmosphere and the comforting reassurance they offered! The reason they get four stars is because upon signing my paper it states that I'm signing saying that I received my Financial Policies and Patient Privacy Practices paperwork. I would give ZERO STARS if that was an option. Not only do you have to worry about them "fixing" teeth that were perfect fine, but they also charge hidden fees later on through the mail while telling you it will only be a certain amount when you go! I was told I would not be charged anything except for the exam fee, only to find I now owe them!
