Not real happy. To much moving around and not sure what I wanted to do. They explained things to as best they could. I saw on my insurance page that I can get a better d al if I go to a dentist with a green code. I also have applied for a card to make payments but at 28% that’s not happening. I also felt there was note a lot of privacy there.
The financial/ insurance pay experience when I was checking out was the bright spot. She is what is keeping my up coming appointments! Stacie was great! Feels like dental fast food!
Dental procedure was fine but the way they handle their paperwork and payment is unorganized and unprofessional. Makes me not trust them enough that what else could they be getting wrong. I won’t be going back after 2 visits. I’ve had a long time dentist for 30+ years that retired so I decided to try this place. As a new patient, I went for my annual cleaning and check up. Although things didn't go as planned because they run their practice a little differently..I gave this office a 4 star rating for the bedside manners of both dentist and hygienist. Both were equally friendly and honest with their exams. Stacie at the front desk was awesome explaining my treatment plan and appointment availability. I removed one star because there was quite a wait. Other than that..I was satisfied with my visit once they explained everything.
Everyone is very friendly when I visit Aspen Dental. The dentist really helped me with my teeth, because after he filled them I no longer have the sensitivity with hot and cold foods. Great job doctor!
