Staff was overall phenomenal from start to finish. Kenya did an amazing job on my X-rays even with tooth pain she was patient and gentle through the entire process. Ms. Sophie the hygienist was very polite and sweet as she described the next plan for my hygiene. She even Went over steps to keep me up to date and did not make me feel ashamed about my teeth. Check this out! Hadn't been to the dentist since I was 13 years old in Oakland CA. The Whole Staff was Free Spirited! Never Rude, explains Everything Crystal Clear. I just left and had two teeth pulled and it was a great experience outside of being a little nervous. She very professional pulling it out and then had some good old-school soft rock playing in the background. If you need Dental work, go there and see. They Actually Care. Love y'all and glad The Great Cosmic Mother sent me there.
The staff is very kind and my actual appointment was a fine experience. The financial aspect was awful, applied me for a credit I knew nothing about and told me I was approved and then did not communicate with me anymore, come to find out weeks later I wasn’t approved. Annoying but fine, I get it. I decided to switch dentists and was told my X-rays would be sent over within 2 weeks, it has been 4 and my new dentist still hasn’t received them. I’m going through extreme pain with my wisdom teeth and it has been really frustrat... read more
The environment is great and the dentist is very nice. They took a hard situation that I have going on and made me more comfortable. It is nice to know that there are nice caring people in your corner for dental work.
My first visit was met with a very friendly staff from check in to the walk out. I was able to get back in the next day to start the work and again, people I had met before were very nice. Sophia, the hygienist is incredible. She is very personable, informative, does an amazing job. I highly recommend this business for all your dental needs and wants.
