The entire experience was great. My hygienist was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and I love that she educated me on steps regarding how to enhance my at home oral care regimen for the outcome I desire. She really took her time with me. The Office manager was informative on my care plan and associated costs. I absolutely loved the dentist that examined me. I have found my new dental home. I appreciate the care I received.
I had a wonderful experience for the most part! I had 8 appointments in March and I was seen by a temporary dentist, she was wonderful! However she left at the end of March and after my last appointment I've been in pain. At first I thought it was because I had so many appointments in one month but now I know that's not true. I have been in pain for 2 weeks now because they've had no doctor and I've already paid thousands of dollars to this location! After I was gaslighted at a local dentist and would not be able to be seen for an emergency dental care they place my appointment out in March 21 and April 10. I called two other dental clinics. They just wouldn’t budge over policy instead of being in to see the dentist on an emergent matter, so I started looking around and, my Global Health, Medicare advantage plan customer service, direct me over to the Aspen dental site and I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours and be seen in tomorrow morning. My visit was quick in getting to the back for service. The young lady that took pictures of my mouth was awesome in her work. I would recommend your services to all. Thank you, again Aspen Dental.
The staff were great! I do wish dental could be considered to be listed on medical insurance. Dentistry is expensive and dental insurance is terrible … no dental coverage at the time because the last two only covered your cleaning and exam so your in a mess if something bad happens and you don’t have extra 5,000 or more that you can spare…Not the staffs fault. It’s just the way it is. I do thank the staff for being so kind.
