I am so happy that I chose Aspen Dental. My last dental office was large and was not a personal experience. Here the dentist actually talked to me. The hygenists explained everything. Even the tech and billing clerk! So happy I switced!!!!
Scheduled my first appointment which was for today. Received my appointment reminder yesterday. I showed up for my appointment and the lady at the desk proceeded to tell me they did not have an appointment for me today despite my confirmation email. She had a “oh well, either reschedule another appointment or get out” kind of attitude and that’s exactly how she made me feel. If I could give zero stars, I would. First off the employees are very rude, disrespectful, and just plain hateful. Also many of them laugh and mock the patients after they leave, yes I witnessed this. It seems they like to target the older people. The billing dept is a joke, kept receiving a bill on something I paid months ago. they don't do a good job cleaning teeth either, very disappointed. the worst dentist I have ever been to, some of which should not be working there. would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. s... read more
The dentists were fine but they push more Arestin than you really need and try to get you on a payment plan. Only dentist where I had to talk to the "manager" before I could leave. Big franchise dentist offices are really about the profit and bottom line. Steer clear!
False advertisement for emergency walk ins. Rude front desk. My husband has an infected tooth that is causing fevers and painful sleepless nights. He went in for a full exam a couple weeks ago solely for this infected tooth, they tell him options for treatment, he makes an appointment for the following week thinking he’ll get relief, nope. They had him down for just a cleaning. Incompetent. Luckily he went to a UnityPoint walk-in clinic for an antibiotic. Believe every single negative review you read on here.
