Was an absolute dream, he somehow managed to not only pull all lower teeth but also bone shape quickly and with so little pain. I now see some reviews with pretty bent people, however when read the docs are different locations and names. Dr Todd at Gresham by the Firestone Tires was where I went and it was top notch..... I put on some tunes, closed eyes, open mouth and did his thing. Didn't even need pain meds, just bit antibiotic and some ibuprofen and was back at work within couple hours. I went here to get the free x rays and exam to get a second opinion from what the OHP office said, and to see what my options are outside of OHP if I want to give up and have to pay out of pocket. Overall I think Aspen Dental as a corporation is sketchy as hell. Seems very predatory and out for profits and not people. This isn't unique in the US. I had such a great experience at this location! I had a scheduling conflict and they were able to see me a day sooner. When I came in the man that was at the front desk was super friendly and kind. The lady who took my ex rays was so thorough and patient with me and explained what was on the exrays and the dentist was so good at explaining what was going on and what I could expect. I was very impressed by the front desk professionalism. I felt very comfortable and welcomed into the office. The whole clinic as a team made sure I received five star treatments. I don’t remember the dentist name but he was very informative. He really knew what he was doing. Very educated. His assistant was fantastic. I highly recommend this office to anyone.
Everyone, and I mean everyone, working at the Tigard Clinic is so nice! They really try to work with you and make everything from emotional to financial a positive experience. Even if you’re not sure the dental procedures you need, they’ll break them down for you and help you decide the steps needed. Also, they have a very inexpensive/ completely painless mouth-cancer screening…you should call them TODAY for that alone. Thank you, Aspen! See you for my second appt soon!
