Everyone I met from front desk to dentist was genuinely friendly and informative. I didn't have to wait too long to be seen and I will be going back to this office for my new dentures. Being a boomer I was thrilled with them playing 60s music too. No pressure sales either I might add.
My experience with Aspen Dental keep going down hill. If I could turn back the hands of time and put my teeth back in my mouth I would. I truly believe you get what you paid for. I'm big on good customer service and I believe you get what you paid for; however Kentwood 28th Street Aspen Dental has horrible customer service skills. I arrive early and I still have to wait. To tell you how much I highly recommend Aspen Dental I was willing to pay out of pocket for their service since they do not take my insurance. I have been seen at an office that does take my insurance and they offer like a 3rd of the care that Aspen Dental gives. At my previous office I felt like they could care less about my care and acted like I was a burden on them. At Aspen they treat you like an old friend they haven't seen in a while. Always friendly and helpful. Very little wait time for your appointment. Very considerate of your anxiety and comfort. No discomfort in any of the services Aspen has provided me. Highly recommend
Dr. Angie is by far one of the most professional dentists I have ever been to. Every time I need anything done from this point forward I am going to be requesting her to do them. Overall the whole team is extremely professional and does their best to make sure that you are comfortable in the (more often than not) uncomfortable setting such as a dentist office. If I could give Aspen on 28th Street a 10 star rating I would in less than a heartbeat. I would recommend to every one of my family members and friends.
