The staff and doctor were amazing! We had to be a walk in visit and they took care of my son without hesitation. Definitely recommend!
Staff were very nice and the appointment started almost at my scheduled time. Staff and doctor explained everything before he started and then gave me options that fit my needs. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Bartlesville, OK.
I was made to feel very comfortable walking through the door. The entire staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely helpful in developing a treatment plan specifically for me. Although I have not yet had a treatment, I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone with dental needs.
I have so much to say about this business. Dentist and hygienist were good. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I was given a "care plan" for dental procedures. They charged me $1599 on Care Credit before they knew if they could save my #19 molar. I went to the endodontist. Tooth can't be saved. Went back to Aspen. They didn't ask A THING about my endodontist appointment. THEY sent me to an endodontist. They DID do a scaling and planing on the second visit. That was on October 30, 2023. From start to finish the staff was so polite and caring. They took fantastic care of me. I came in for an extraction and had to travel from southeast KS to Bartlesville for services, because no one could get me in until January. My tooth pain was absolutely horrid and waiting that long wasn't an option for me. I'm so glad I went to Aspen dental. Literally took 10 seconds to get the tooth out and I felt absolutely nothing. So great will continue to visit for any emergency or urgent care needs going forward.
