I appreciate the coupon they graciously gave me to do the X-rays as I don’t have dental insurance this year. I literally cried with relief when I was told on the phone it could cost $193 to extract a broken tooth. Asked my husband to take off work and stay home with the kids. Drove from Blairsville GA to Cleveland TN. Then I was told I needed 2 teeth pulled after I already asked to just remove the 1. And they pushed a special toothpaste and toothbrush on me. Dental office was very well staffed and very clean. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable time. Prices are mid range, especially for people without insurance. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
They are five times more higher priced than anywhere else! I left their office in tears and disappointment! They gave me a print out of the charges broken down but didn’t not explain what all the charges are for or why there was so many. I plan on taking the estimate with me to my next dentist appointment somewhere else just so they can explain to me why they were going to charge me so much! I would not recommend Aspen dental to anyone that isn’t wealthy.
I came in for tooth pain and a broken tooth. The staff at aspen immediately made me feel welcome and got me back to a room quickly, got my xrays done, and a 3d scan of my teeth and and an exam of my gum health done and let me know the services I needed all within an hour and let me know I needed an extraction, and scheduled it the same day. The visit was good. The dentist let me know That I needed to have some work done on my teeth. I wasn't expecting it but down the road be better off that includes your overall health. Plus one of best cleanings I ever had. Overall good choice going to them.
