Switched to Aspen as a in-network provider. Came in at 6mo since last needing a cleaning. Immediately noticed how busy the office was. Technician asked what I was there for, then promptly taken through the set of x-rays. Then placed in a chair waiting for hygienist. As I looked around the equipment looked well used 10yrs old. Went thru examination process then hygienist left. We called in to make an urgent appointment and were advised we could do an emergency walk in but there was no guarantee of being seen and it could be a long wait, we agreed but made an appointment for the following Monday in case we couldn't be seen on the walk in. They said this was fine. I live 30 minutes away and have a very busy schedule and couldn't make the Friday walk in but still had confirmation of the appointment on Monday, so Monday I came in. Had a broken tooth. Big abscess. They got me in quick. Put me on antibiotics and pulled the tooth 5 days later. Dentist and staff did great work very little pain and now healing nicely. I would recommend them. Was an emergency and they got right to it! Thanks!
