I haven't been to the dentist in a few years, so I was very nervous about making the appointment. I'm so happy I kept it, because it was an amazing experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! They work with you to help reach your desired goals. They even work with you financially so you can get the precise care you need. If you need to find a dentist, I highly recommend Aspen Dental. I honestly will never go anywhere else for my dental needs.
Had great, friendly and responsive experience at Aspen Dental today. They did a great job of building a plan for the issue I faced as someone who has routinely put off dental care. Do not recommend. I called in about my wisdom tooth needing extracted and they scheduled me an appointment. Just to get there and they don’t have a surgeon in office. They then gave me a referral for Oral and Facial Surgeons of Illinois. I called their office to schedule my appointment and they told me they cannot accept my referral because it came from Aspen Dental. The staff was great, very nice and helpful. The women that deals with finances was literally the best. All around good experience and I would recommend. 10/10
Fixed my crown that fell off, which they initially did, just fine, but when I wanted to make appointment for a cleaning they wanted a 60% “deposit” paid before making the appointment. I don’t pay for services not rendered. Finding different dentist. One where I don’t have to deal with a different dentist every time I go. Nor front office staff turnover like a fast food restaurant.
