I had to have a tooth pulled on a Monday morning at 8:00am and I was grateful for Dr. Kheiri and his assistant Aisha. No doubt, I still had a lot of anxiety throughout the entire procedure but they made it as comforting as they possibly could. With enough numbing agent, we were able to work through and get that problematic tooth taken care of. Thank you for your patience with me! Special shout out to Aisha and Dr. Kheiri! 🦷😁
After my own dentist told me that I had to wait until June 19th to have my tooth extracted the wonderful team at Aspen Dental Okemos made me an appointment for Monday (of course I called on Friday). They were very nice from the front desk to the chair. The dentist told me he could save the tooth, I told him that I would prefer to just remove it. He said okay. He looked at his schedule and said he could do it that afternoon. All done. Great job.
They were short staffed but the way they conducted themselves was unbelievably impressive. Meaning I didn’t know they were because they were on top of it. I felt welcomed and heard. My hygienist was so passionate she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental.
The staff was great! Everyone was nice and professional. However, if you chose them because of the tv ads advertising interest free financing for 18 months, don’t. It was not offered only a finance company with 29.99% interest starting the first day.
Finally felt heard. Doc. Wants to do what is best all the way around for my dental needs. Great service in front office. Manager was awesome explaining what we need to get done. Cost effective opportunities for me. Love that my needs will be met in house. 50 Stars all the way around.
