Woow! This was the BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Everyone is a joy and made me feel very comfortable. I even had a good laugh with the dental hygienist, and I've never laughed at the dentist office before!! They are getting me in and fixing the issues with my teeth in just 24 hours after my first appointment! Well worth the 50 minute commute for such awesome service!
I went to Aspen Dental b/c of some sensitivity I felt in a back tooth. it being the day before Good Friday, I was panicking that I would not be able to be seen. Add to this that I have two titanium joints, which could produce poor results if I have an untreated infection anywhere in my body. Late on Thursday, they scheduled me for the following morning. I gave them at least one star because there is at least one nice employee there. Their automated system when greeting, you says there is no judgment. I have had the experience that is extremely false. I had two employees there one was so-called manager, who was very disrespectful to me the other was a receptionist. I went here after 20 years of no dental visits. I was scared, but the staff here is incredible. They made a plan with me, including with financing. I'm scheduled for all my needs, and they got me in quickly. I would highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience at this dentist's office. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was calming. The dentist was gentle and explained everything thoroughly. I left feeling well taken care of and Highly recommended!
