Had a good experience overall. From initial appointment to finished product of a full set of dentures, it was about three weeks. Had several extractions as well. The tried to make it as quick and painless as possible. I would recommend them. For quick and efficient service. Everyone was friendly as well. No complaints.
When in to get some work dune on my denture. The receptionist was 100 %. Just so nice an help was out standing. Next a tex and dr. So much help. So the next to talk about what I should do, this young lady was so good ,the most I can say is she was spot on. Thank you for a nice visit. Chris
Canceled my appointment (for the next morning) the night before. They even called to cancel after the clinic was closed, so I could not call back to reschedule. Then the next day, there was no way to get a hold of the clinic to reschedule. They were open, and all phone calls went directly to being hung up. There is no way to leave a message. I made this appointment 6 months ago. And already confirmed it three different times. This clinic is impossible to get a hold of someone.
Terrible! I came in for a first time visit consultation to get a quote for a dental implant. They asked me to come in early for my appointment to fill out paperwork which I did, then after waiting there for an hour, they told me that they would no longer be able to see me that day and that I would need to come back the following day. I understand things come up and things happen, but don't schedule me, especially for my first appointment if you don't have the time available. First impressions are important. I went in as a new patient and thought I was going in for a cleaning but instead I had x-rays done that hurt and made me gag. Then after waiting for awhile a person came in and just looked at my teeth and told me I needed a crown on one of my back tooth. Then waited again and another person came in and checked my gum line and told me what she thinks should be done.
