My husband and I had an awesome experience. The folks at Aspen dental were very courteous and thorough in coordinating our future required visits. Our dental assistant Kaelah explained how our visit would go. Dr Patel was very knowledgable and explained all options. The financial person Liz was probably the most helpful person that we have come across since moving down south. Wow this place was wonderful. My son broke a tooth and sense he has never even had a cavity this was a big event. They worked him in same day as we were walk ins within 30 minutes and was completely great with him. We decided together that we were going to try and save it. I was in so much pain and called to get info after a referral from a friend. The representative told me about the walk in option and to my surprise my tooth was able to be pulled after months of pain and no sleep. The staff was so nice and he had my tooth out in no time.

did not live up to guarantee on partial dentures . I received a terrible partial that I could not possibly wear and was told I would not.be charged for it . I was charged and my insurance company also charged . It was so bad that I left it at the office when I left .I later went back and they told me that they worked on it but looked and felt like they had done Nothing and I asked for a refund or to make new one. they told me that couldn't happen. Stop stealing from customers. Stop being deceptive and outright lying to customers. Overall, clean house and replace the unprofessional conartists with individuals who are honest and actually care about those who walk through the doors other than themselves. You know them as Aspen dental, I know them as Aspen Con Artists. I went in there for a evaluation for a simple cleaning and they told me they wanted to do a deep cleaning. I was not sure what this was so I told them to write an estimate and that I would let them know. The estimate was a staggering $900.00 and all my crappy Cigna dental insurance company would pay was $1.00.
