I confirmed my appointment twice and received a call from their office saying I didn't and as a result I needed to come at a different time than what I selected. The person was very rude with me over the phone and actually gave up their front by saying they would only have one dental assistant working on the day I was supposed to come in. That was the true reason why they needed to reschedule me and that's all they had to say. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ASPEN!! I just had my second appointment canceled!! The first time the dentist wasn’t there and it’s the same today, it’s really bad business when you take off work to make the appointments and they get canceled a few minutes before you are scheduled to be there. Very poor service!! If the dentist doesn’t want to come in, You guys should look into hiring another one who will!!

Drove 30 minutes today to visit Aspen Dental in Athens, AL because of a broken tooth with severe pain. The web site says they offer emergency dental services. Was told they were busy and could not see me today. I wouldn’t say that the receptionist was rude but Kurt and straight to the point. If a business says they offer emergency services, please walk in and we will see you, on their website, isn’t it kind of like false advertising if they won’t see you.

My daughter had a wisdom tooth extracted. she was told she would need pain medication. We took the prescription to our pharmacy to have it filled. The Doctor's DEA number was not in the registry so it could not be filled. I spent 3 hours speaking to various corporate offices that could not decide which was the office to oversee the new office in Athens Ala.
