Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Staff is well trained and assistants are passionate about their jobs.

When you call to schedule an appointment you are not connected to the office you wish to go to. You are connected to a schedule line that can't understand what an emergency is. I told them I has to be seen right away but it didn't seem to sink in. They wanted to schedule me a month out. I made one anyway just in case. I got in with another dentist much sooner but forgot to cancel Aspen. Not so much as a reminder call about the appointment ever came. Horrible customer service.

I've never had to work so hard to get a dental office to take my money. Their customer service is lacking. I went in for my first appointment on Jan 26th. Here is it April 6th and I still can't get an appointment to get the work done that I need or get them to return phone calls when I ask about issues. I have excellent insurance that never took longer than 3 weeks to approve a claim with my previous dentist.I've had to make several calls in to them and they've only returned one call.
