everyone in this new office was amazing the treated you like a human and not just a patient the will be getting all of my work from now on
As a new customer, I got free X-rays and exam! Only had 1 tooth pulled and it was really easy. Total of all work needed would have cost a new truck, even with discounts. I'll have to get things done a little at a time. The office is brand new and the staff is very efficient.
I went there and they told me I needed a implant. After they showed me what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay , I agreed to it. They told me it would be a series of appointments over approximately a 3 month period. After 11 months, a few extra surgeries, 3 different abutments, and 3 crowns for this one tooth I ended up with a implant that is smaller than the teeth around it, and it became loose 4 days after they put it in. inept and incompetent people. bills are extortion! you don't get what you pay for and work is sloppy.
Refund? A month ago, I was in for some dental work as a new patient. I was unable to find my Care Credit account that I generally use for all medical expenses, so paid almost $300 for the work that day. The next day, I went to the office to get a refund on that payment, and use my Care Credit account, which we had agreed to do via the phone before I went in. After non, from staffing issues to mismade dentures to numerous issues getting my dentures replaced at Aspen Dental in Belton Missouri, I still had to take them home and dremal on them to make them somewhat fit, but even they are just the temporary's, look terrible, are staining at 2 months old, are rough and rub my tongue, etc. etc. All this for a wonderful $3,538.00. I will be contacting the Dental Board, this is a straight up theft!!!
If I could give a rating of -10, I would! If you are looking to waste your time, money and patience, this is the place for you. This is the most unorganized staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. On multiple occasions, I’ve had appointments that were cancelled AFTER I had already taken off of work and arrived at the clinic.
