6-month dental cleaning was given to another patient. That patient was awesome and offered to give her appointment time back to me. I thanked her, but since she had to take time off from work as well, she deserved that slot too. Called 18 days prior to verify appointment. My phone identified two restricted phone calls from the day before; however, since I work remotely, I have no cell service until I get back into Bismarck in the evenings. No cell service means no voicemail. I won't be back to Aspen ever again.

Very unprofessional when it came to scheduling me and my two kids. For some reason they couldn't find the two kid appointments. They've had an empty dentist chair for quite some time, I heard them say, sounds like it needs to be filled. Very unprofessional when it came to my insurance, they called for my insurance information before my appointment, gave them my insurance card when I got there, by the time I got to finance, she asked me if I had any insurance because it hadn't be uploaded yet, waited around for 20 minutes, ha... read more

I’ve had the worst experience with fillings at this office. They messed it up the first time and didn’t have my bite correct and now two fillings that aren’t even a year old have fallen out. I also felt they were very overpriced

The office manager does not like men!! Costumer service is terrible and there billing and payment process is terrible

They don’t do pretreatment procedures needed to make future procedures work. They can’t properly medicate patients for removal of teeth because they lack being able to & don’t provide enough numbing medication. Nothing they were working on would have properly worked since they never were able to do any of the pre treatment work before hand.

I had a tooth that could have lasted another 3 or 4 years according to the Dentist after she started working on it.She said that she would have to build the tooth up in order to put the crown on…another huge amount of money on top of the 2205.00 I already gave them. There was nothing left of the tooth so I had to have it pulled. On top of that I have to wait a month to get my refund. They are in my insurance network. This is the only reason I go there. The focus of Aspen Dental should be on the client and not how much you can make off the patient. Also, recommendations made were strickly for the benefit of the group and not the patient. I would not ever recommend Aspen Dental.

I am not one that usually writes reviews but I feel in this case I need to! I stared with Aspen in Jan. and at first it was not a bad experience. The staff was friendly and acted as though they really wanted to help. We came up with a treatment plan and I was VERY clear about a date I need to have the chosen work done by as my insurance would be lapsing for a few months. I had a cleaning and a crown placed.
