The first time my husband went in he had to wait quite a bit but everyone was nice and kept checking in on him and apologizing so he stayed and got his cleaning even though he was there for way longer than expected. He went in for a second appt and ended up walking out because he sat in a room for an hour without being seen. I called and talked with the manager and he was very apologetic and told me that he was going to refund us some of our money when my husband comes in for his next appt. RecommendedThey did take care of me. I am on Social Security no dental insurance and feeling the crunch. My teeth are failing me. I don't qualify for Care Credit. They allow me to make payments which I am thankful for and appreciate greatly. I just don't understand why they find it necessary to humiliate me in order to recieve the help I need. We aren't all liars and scammers.
