Had a rescheduled appointment from Dec. for cleaning. Had been having pain in tooth and they made a soft liner for my partial, it made a difference they are not as loose as before .

I can only say "good" because from the very moment I showed them my insurance card they balked. I have Anthem BCBS Medicare Advantage WITH dental & vision. I called the dental insurance part to find in-network dentists and Aspen Dental Bowling Green Ky was one. It was confirmed over & over & over again. I found out I have Guardian PPO and was told that "Yes, Aspen Dental takes Guardian". All of the staff and Dentist went over my dental plan costs everything jus right !!! I couldn't have done it no better that for sure... had an absessed tooth that started hurting over the first of a weekend , by that Sunday morning id woken up to the whole right side of my face double size from normal. In horrible pain so I then sent over a pic to my family physician she called me asap saying get to the ER. RecommendedI had a great experience with everyone that helped me to love my smile again! My teeth wete so bad that they just fell out and I began to look like a jack-O-lantern. When I was finally forced to do something Aspen was my go to and I have never had one regret. Thanks to Daniel I got it done. New teeth look fabulous.
Wonderful service. The hygienist that I saw was caring and very professional. As most people dread going to the dentist I can honestly say that I am happy I called Aspen dental and also glad that I am finally having my teeth and gums healthy again.

From the moment I walked through the door I was treated wonderful. Everyone was was friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me in terms I understood with several chances to ask questions. I unfortunately had oral surgery that I didn't plan when I scheduled a visit and they were very patient and went over every option possible and even waited for me to call my husband and for him and my kids to drive there go be with me.
