The excellent customer service began with the first phone call for my first time appointment. I was able to be seen the same day, convenient. Brittany, at the front desk, was helpful and courteous. Bianca escorted me in and explained what I was to expect. Dr Shipiro explained more and was very polite and professional during the oral exam. All staff was friendly and knowlegable, especially Bianca and Jaimie. Dr Shapiro was excellent in every way. She helped me in an emergency situation even though she was already over booked for the day. I am very happy with Aspen Dental of Boynton Bch.
