The worst dentist office I have ever been to in my entire life. No one could see me for an emergency pain I was having so I came to aspen dental. Well little did I know these are the biggest scam artists in the dentist industry. I left in more pain then I arrived in and was practically made a fool about my teeth appearance. If you want to be scammed and have your time wasted, Aspen Dental in Buford is the spot for you. I arrived to my appointment under the impression I was having a cleaning when all they did was take over an hour of my time to do an “exam” then try to upsell a $300+ “deep” cleaning (with an included charge for a $100+ toothbrush) and give me an estimate for wisdom teeth removal. I scheduled an appointment due to a broken tooth. I spent about 90 minutes being x-rayed, the hygienist doing a thorough examination, and waiting in between those things. Finally the dentist came in. She looked briefly in my mouth. Told me my tooth was not broken and what I had felt was probably "a piece of food". Also said I should not be in any pain because the tooth had a root canal done years ago. I said when I bit down it was very sensitive. She made me feel like an idiot. They should be more competive with there pricing they are over priced,I went to 4 diffrent dentist and Aspen was the most expensive by far.

Bait n switch and take your money before service is given!!! What a joke! Never again!!!😡😡💩 So... my back molar chipped n then the filling fell out yesterday! Very painful, as the nerve is exposed!! Called Aspen Dental and was offered the world this morning!! Closest location to me is 26 miles North so I took lyft here because the price was the best and the girl on the phone was awesome! (HA) At Aspen Dental since 11:15 this morning to have it extracted for $150, but a deal for $120 (So I was told) To include free X-rays... read more
