Excellent service. My extractions went well and all my questions were answered very politely. My only reservation was when I asked about price for a future procedure I was referred to the front desk folks. Perhaps the Dr could say something was ___ to ____ . All good otherwise.

Had my dentures repaired. Staff was friendly and repair was done quickly and did a great job. My only irritant is the wait time. It seemed like I was waiting quite a while. I was with a staff member for a total of about 15 minutes but was there for about an hour.

Overall they were nice and did a good job. But they still hold on to the flawed belief that fluoride is good for you. They're also kinda pushy telling you what you need to have done when you really don't need it. Told me I needed to remove some wisdom teeth. They're fine and don't bother me.
Each staff member practiced good listening skills, and answered all my questions. I had a cleaning and a wisdom tooth extracted. The conversation about billing was easy going and honest. I'm impressed with the level of care I received and I recommend Aspen Dental.
As far as their service, Aspen Dental in Casa Grande, AZ., is the BEST! I'm always treated well, checked on quite periodically while the anaesthesia is working, and cared for until the work is done. The dentist, hygienist, assistant, and the front staff are always very helpful. The only thing that would make them better, is to cut my future denture price in half! Listen up, Aspen!
Truly thankful for aspen dental! They were caring and concerned that I was in pain from a tooth extraction I had done about a week ago in Mexico. I don't have insurance and they really took care of me, really explained the process of what they were going to do as well! They have found a customer for life!! Couldn't be more grateful! Highly recommend to anyone who needs to be cared for genuinely.
