So what do you do when you bust a tooth over the weekend with a crowbar. And you don’t have a dentist? You roll into Aspen Dental at 8am Monday morning and they almost get you in a chair in like, I think it was 15 minutes!! Then…you need a crown…oh man, how long to do that. Came back 2 hours later and got a temp crown. Now just waiting for the perm one to come in a week or so. This was the best dental experience we ever had! Evey staff member was so sweet and amazing. Beyond happy to be taken care of by the team! They were awesome with my husband and I. The poor dental assistant Alison had to put up with him during x-rays that he hates, but she did a great job! Whole team and care is AWESOME!
I tried to call the office directly to share my concerns, but was placed on hold as soon as I mentioned I had a complaint. Since I was unable to speak with someone directly, I feel I have no choice but to leave my feedback here. I visited this office about a month ago and, to be fair, the exam and X-rays were complimentary thanks to a coupon I received—that was the only positive part of my experience. Aspen dental exceeded my expectations. From the receptionist, the x ray tech, to the exam and procedure it all went perfectly. Aspen dental also understands that life happens, and will provide payment plans if need be. On the same day of my fist visit, they were able to get me in on a moments notice. I cant thank the crew enough. You guys rock
What an amazing staff & experience! Allison was friendly, they are professional, attentive, knowledgeable, affordable, clean & sanitary, competitively priced! I got in same day for a broken tooth, got free initial exam including x-rays and scans, a thorough consultation. Highly recommend this office.
