This is the second time I’ve used Aspen Dental and my first time at this location. I had broken a tooth off my dentures Saturday night while eating dinner. Unfortunately they are not open Sundays so I had to wait until Monday morning. I went to the location I was familiar with near my home. Unfortunately they did not have a technician in that day but took the time to call another location and see if they had one on duty. First I’d like to say that I am big on leaving reviews good or bad. I have been in this state for 3 months and have started my dental care and I almost lost my cool and started looking for a new dental provider after a horrible unprofessional experience at another location but then I visited this location a few days later and was pleasantly surprised at how warming nice friendly and down to earth the entire office was!! 10/10 I’ll be switching to this office next month! My son is autistic & can be a little excitable at times. The staff at Aspen were professional, friendly, & very accommodating towards my son. They were patient & very attentive to his needs. The communication was clear & concise in regards to treatment & maintenance.
Amazing experience I love seeing my people in establishments like this! Everyone was friendly although I couldn’t really smile I loved that they took the initiative to even acknowledge I was there some dentists don’t even do that! I’ll definitely be back for a cleaning and a Follow up on my extraction Dr A and his assistant were great and patient thank yall again this is me after a nap and getting my tooth extracted
I had such a wonderful experience at the dentist office thanks to Tiana. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and very helpful in explaining everything to me. Her personality is absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and genuine.
