This is the second time I’ve used Aspen Dental and my first time at this location. I had broken a tooth off my dentures Saturday night while eating dinner. Unfortunately they are not open Sundays so I had to wait until Monday morning. I went to the location I was familiar with near my home. Unfortunately they did not have a technician in that day but took the time to call another location and see if they had one on duty. I had a very disappointing experience with Aspen Dental. Before my deep cleaning, I was told my out-of-pocket cost would be around $640, with at most a $50 difference either way. I even asked them twice to confirm my insurance benefits to make sure everything was accurate, and they assured me it was. I went ahead and paid that amount, trusting their estimate. My son is autistic & can be a little excitable at times. The staff at Aspen were professional, friendly, & very accommodating towards my son. They were patient & very attentive to his needs. The communication was clear & concise in regards to treatment & maintenance.

First I’d like to say that I am big on leaving reviews good or bad. I have been in this state for 3 months and have started my dental care and I almost lost my cool and started looking for a new dental provider after a horrible unprofessional experience at another location but then I visited this location a few days later and was pleasantly surprised at how warming nice friendly and down to earth the entire office was!! 10/10 I’ll be switching to this office next month! Such an amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly from start to finish. Everyone is so caring and patient, I absolutely dislike the dentist but they made me feel safe and cared for me as I was family! I highly recommend coming to this Aspen Dental.
