This is the second time I’ve used Aspen Dental and my first time at this location. I had broken a tooth off my dentures Saturday night while eating dinner. Unfortunately they are not open Sundays so I had to wait until Monday morning. I went to the location I was familiar with near my home. Unfortunately they did not have a technician in that day but took the time to call another location and see if they had one on duty. My son is autistic & can be a little excitable at times. The staff at Aspen were professional, friendly, & very accommodating towards my son. They were patient & very attentive to his needs. The communication was clear & concise in regards to treatment & maintenance.

I never had any problems getting my insurance approved for any other dental offices in the past. I only had basic services done (cleaning, x-ray) and I don't understand why they're still not able to submit claims correctly to my insurance provider after spending so much time with them on the phone, even looping in someone on the insurance side. I spoke with Angelica when I called for my appointment and she was so pleasant to talk to! I called solely for an Endodontist but I was told I would still need an exam. The exam was thorough and afterwards Dr. IJ came in and talked to me, ensured me Dr. Ryan was an excellent doctor and I told him so was he! I have a dentist I go to and wouldn’t dream of leaving but if I ever go anywhere it will be back there! I’m looking forward to seeing how Dr. Ryan fixes me up! I came here last week for an emergency dental appointment, because I needed my tooth to be extracted. Many years ago I had a root canal on the tooth, but the crown came off shortly after — however it only just started causing issues for me last week. The reason for my low rating is because the whole appointment felt like one long sales pitch.
