I had a great experience with Aspen Dental the other day. I just went for a consultation since I hadn't been to the dentist in a bit. Everyone there was kind and professional. The office was bright and very clean. They took x-rays and explained everything to me very thoroughly. They set me up for a cleaning very quickly and I really enjoyed my time there. I hate going to the dentist, but they made this trip a breeze. I hope it continues!!
Best dentist experience! Nice doctor and the hygienist was amazing. The check out ladies super friendly and very helpful:)

There no point in scheduling an appointment your gonna be waiting hours ....with an appointment booked already. They just have you sitting in the room.....and nothing. Wont be coming back here

Do not go to this place. Their staff is lazy. They failed to submit claims to my insurance and the entire time, I thought my services were covered since I did have to pay out of pocket everytime I went in for my basic services (x-ray, cleaning, etc.) When I received the bills, I did everything I could to contact my insurance and even had them on a 3 way call to make sure they get the correct info. Guess what, I called in a few weeks later to check and the claims were still not submitted. They dare to send me a "final bill" ... read more

Aspen Dental is a bait and switch scam. I called to get an appt. for cleaning and by the time they finished, put me in a closed room and tried to make me sign up for $1,000 for a cleaning!!!!! They are scammers, do not go there

Absolute worst experience... required me to pay for my root canal upfront even though i couldn't see the dentist for over a month. They couldn't do root canal without approval from my primary doctor. They obtained approval & i had to reach out to them to reschedule ...which they had no availability. I requested refund & specifically asked for check as car i used had been closed..... after another 3 weeks i find they issued payment to a closed credit card......how this brand had multiple chains is beyond me.... This is the worst dental practice I have ever been to. All they want to do is pull all your teeth and put in implants. Won't even fill a cavity. The dentist actually tried to wiggle my existing front tooth implant to make me believe it needed to be replaced! Then they couldn't even bill the correct insurance company even though they have a copy of my card. Eight phone calls later and I'm still tying to get them to bill correctly. Total incompetence. Two visits total and I will never go back.

HORRIBLE DENTIST! please go somewhere else. they charged me for removal of 2 teeth that had nothing to do with my visit then proceeded to pull the WRONG TOOTH OUT. I had to get a lawyer that's how bad it was. Please don't go to ASPEN DENTAL. ABSOLUT NIGHTMARE
