I went to Aspen today and just had to mention how my appointment went. Rachel took my X-ray's, and after I saw the Dr, I met Heather. She was able to work me into their schedule today and get me out of pain! Thanks to the chatt office for helping me out, no one else took the time to assist me the way that they/she did.
Heather in the front office was great she took care of all my insurance stuff. Heather asked me what times, days, worked for me and when I came back in the next day had all 5 of my next appointments scheduled for me and ready to go. I am a procrastinator so it was great for me, she made it easy and always has a smile on her face. Thank you.
My first visit was very welcoming and helpful to my needs, I paid in advance for a crown that just so happened I didn’t need due to the tooth being cracked and couldn’t be saved, so after returning to get the tooth pulled I asked to used the credit of the $100 plus that I never used, and to put the balance of $45 on my Care credit card, the young lady sitting at the front desk was very nice and helpful, but her coworker wasn’t so pleasant nor nice, she stated that I would have to spend $200 or more to used my card she was... read more
This was my very first time getting a tooth pulled and it was a breeze. Dr.Dan was super fast and gentle. All staff was friendly and professional. Id definitely recommend.
I went to get a very painful tooth removed to find out my mouth was in worse shape than I thought. The staff there is very friendly and I felt like they have been a part of my life for a long time. They really took care of me and made me feel like I was the only person they was taking care of at the time. I love my new family. ❤️😊

Came in for a check-up and cleaning while I was in the area, could not ask for better care. Everyone I came in contact with was very kind, professional, and accommodating to any of my needs. Doreen was so great, she took her time with my cleaning and was very thorough. Dr. Dan was very personable and understanding of all of my concerns.I will definitely return and suggest this office for superb patient care. Thanks Aspen Dental my smile now sparkles!!!
