The receptionist is amazing there! She was very friendly and compassionate when she realized how uncomfortable I was about my tooth being broken off of my top dentures and how self conscious I was about how I looked with my teeth out. I explained to her that I am a waitress and my appearance and especially my smile was top priority in my world, with that being said she she went above and beyond to make sure my denture was repaired and beautiful again all inside of 3-3.5 hours on a Monday morning. Great custom service. Dr Kumar was very thorough, informative, and pleasant.
After going to "so called" immediate care facility, and having a horrible experience without any care. Went to Aspen Dental (where walk in's weren't accepted on Sat.) I was cared for and out the door in about an hour. Lauren, Dr. Kumar and Laurie are "ANGEL'S" I can't say Thank You enough ! I will be a patient for life. I will also be shouting from the roof top for my friends to come here.
This place not only provide good care. They make you feel comfortable as well. Im usally afraid of the dentist, but Aspen dental made it so comfortable and easy for me. Highly recommended.
Staff was absolutely amazing. I've never felt so comfortable at a dental office thanks to all the staff. ❤️❤️
I was very happy with the turn out of my situation. The people I seen treated me with a comfortable well reception and, like I said, I was OK with the turn out. They were hospitable and I did like the way they treated me for my problem. I would recommend them too a person who needs a dentist.
