Painless! I hate the shots they give to numb the mouth. I've had two shots at this place, each given by a different doctor, and both were completely painless. This office is relaxed and friendly. They make you feel like you're visiting friends. They never lecture or nag. They give intelligent and very informative answers to questions asked them.
