I had an apt last week. I arrived 25 min early for my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork and got it turned back in. Then was taken back to do X-rays 5 minutes early. Everyone was nice and straight to the point. I was pleased to hear I did not have any cavities (it had been 7 yrs since I had been to the dentist) but not thrilled about how much they wanted for a deep cleaning. The doctors and techs are Great! They make you feel very comfortable and always check to see if you are alright. It would be nice if the expenses weren't so high.
I was greeted by the receptionist who turned out later to be the financial manager. I was treated with respect and courtesy by all of the staff, particularly Fairon and Dee. Everyone is professional in their work and I appreciate that.
Truly an amazing group of people...they go to the extreme to get u the care you need...Dr. Yount is awesome, explains options, suggests what's best, and very friendly. Stephanie the Office Mngr. going above and beyond to find an Oral Surgeon that accepts our plan. 😊 Very pleased!
