This was my first visit at Aspen and I felt the personnel very professional with great attitudes. The atmosphere of the office was positive and I felt fully informed. they communicated in great detail about what my options were and how much it would cost me out of pocket.

I've been getting my dental treatments here for a few years and I have not had any problems. I failed to maintain my dental care for several years after retiring from the United States Army. The administrative lady I dealt with walked me through getting my insurance started and helped me get the plan that best suited my needs. Best dentist ever. EVER. Not kidding. I have severe dental anxiety but everyone from the mamager to the dentist made sure I was relaxed. Gave me my smile back. I'm still tearing up in thanks. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
The people there were very professional, kind and understanding. The attitude of the office was one of concern for my total health, and I felt fully informed. I was explained in detail about what we're my options and how much it would cost me out of pocket.

I do not know anyone who looks forward to going to the Dentist. My experience with Aspen was surprisingly positive. Sure the numbing medicines and needles are a form of torture. When the teeth and gums have been neglected it takes scraping and sucking. Yuck. I am so thankful that I had a great Hygienist communicating with me about what was going on. I agree that scheduling is a challenge for this office but which one is 100? With so many choices in sure you can find an alternative

My family and I just moved to Columbia SC 6 months ago and I had my first appointment yesterday, from the front desk, to the finance guy, and my amazing dentist, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Dr. St Ettienne is amazing and her dental assistants were amazing, I felt very comfortable and I will be bringing my whole family here!!

I was at my appointment on time and they call me back in about 15minutes they had good customer service and the doctor was very nice I really liked it.
