I first went to the new office in Dawsonville which was not a great experience. They sent me to the Cumming office to have two teeth pulled because the dentist that was there didn't want to pull my teeth? I had a great experience at the Cumming office. Had my teeth pulled and was in and out of there very quickly. Very friendly and nice even though I was very nervous.
The Aspen dental team in cumming GA extremely professional. From the time you enter the door and greeted by Alexa you immediately know your in good hands. Brianna was so helpful from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable with the fitting process and took the time needed to explain to me how the rest of the process would transpire. I mixed up my last appointment and Alexa was able to fit me in. I would recommend Aspen dental in Cumming to anyone who needed a simple cleaning to a major procedure. I had a wonderful experience and found my dental group for my immediate needs and future prevention too! Stephenie, Office Manager is so very helpful and coordinated my care with another specialist too! She makes it all so very easy! Kessie is the best ever! Totally took of my immediate and urgent dental needs. Very happy with my first experience and will continue to use this group.
Well it was an experience. People were very helpful. Doctor Edwards told me I was stubborn. Lol. That is just that I have strong bones an my tooth refused to come out. But she and Lorena stuck with it and got the job done. Was also suprized to meet ex South African Jessie(hygienist) . Let me just mention that I paid half of what I was quoted at another local dentist the day before. They also have a excellent payment plan. No interest for 18 months. I'm so glad I chose Aspen Dental. It has been a great experience and all the staff has made me feel so comfortable. My last visit I saw Dr. Chowdhury and was very pleased with my visit. I have one more visit left and I can't wait for the final results. I will definitely miss them all when I finish and will probably pay a visit to them from time to time.
