Just need to throw out some kudos to Aspen Dental on market place. Everyone who knows me knows how I’m really vocal when I’m mad!!! Well they were troopers with me totally professional and when I went in this morning for them to extract a tooth I thought “man I hope my mouth didn’t overload the situation that I get yelled at or the cheap Novocain” they were AWESOME!!! This was the best experience I have had in many years at the Dentist. The entire staff was friendly, accomodating to my anxiety of being at the dentist and explained things the entire time. I had peridontal work and will be going back for a whiting treatment. Then, I will trust them with a couple of crowns I need to have done. A special shout out to Kasie the hygenist who do an incredible job with the procedure and explaining as he went. He talked to me the whole time and really kept me calm. I have had some TERRIBLE experiences at the dentist before so when I made an appointment with Aspen I was terrified I'd have the same experience I always do, but I couldn't have been more wrong! The ENTIRE staff is so nice, accommodating and understanding. Brandi was the first person I met and she took such great care of me and Kelsey was the biggest sweetheart I've ever met and helped guide me gently through the financial aspects of everything I need. It was such a great experience that I'll never go anywhere else.
