I want others to know of my experience. Monday I was told I needed to have 5 teeth removed and I needed a temp. particle. I made a appointment for the cleaning. I told them I could not stand the horrible pain of the cold water and I would need something so I could bear it. Tuesday I found out they did not call in any thing. I called to cancel explaining I have experienced this before and will not again. After 5 Tuesday they called and said they had called in a RX for yesterday's appointment. I made appointments got there waited an hour for them to tell me they didn't take my insurance that's not what I was told when I made the appointment I was told it wasn't the office it was the call center that made the mistake regardless of one or the other this is poor management I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment a month out to get a denture impression on my mouth but I had to call the a month a head of time with a serious painful tooth ache and they told me there where absolutely nothing available that can be done before my appointment a month away. So I ask if I had to keep a tooth ache for a month their response was there was nothing they could do unless someone canceled their appointment. Check your benefits before going here! I went to Aspen this fall when I had a broken tooth. It needed a crown. I sat down with the rep there. She told me what my out of pocket would be and what insurance would pay. I asked the rep if they had called in my benefits to make sure and she said she did. I received a statement providing me with the Information of who was paying what. I proceeded with getting the crown put on and paid my part of the bill before having it done.
