RecommendedWill not use them again. Long wait times, work wasn’t done right the first time, took multiple visits and insufficient dental records for my dental insurer - still trying to get that straightened out

If I could give the Aspen Dental Daphne AL location ZERO stars I would. I drove 2 1/2 hours to be told that because I didn't confirm my and my children's appts they filled our slots with someone else. I told the receptionist that confirmed by phone and also called the call center to confirm and also confirmed by email. The receptionist who I later found out was also the office manager said that she saw where I called the call center to confirm and that I also confirmed via email, but they still had the appts on hold and fill... read more
