The Daphne office staff was amazing. Going to the dentist has always been something I dreaded but these people made it a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend Aspen.

Excellent experience - super friendly office staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentist! Everything was very well explained and I'm looking forward to going back for some dental work (and who ever looks forward to that?!).
Will not use them again. Long wait times, work wasn’t done right the first time, took multiple visits and insufficient dental records for my dental insurer - still trying to get that straightened out
If I could give the Aspen Dental Daphne AL location ZERO stars I would. I drove 2 1/2 hours to be told that because I didn't confirm my and my children's appts they filled our slots with someone else. I told the receptionist that confirmed by phone and also called the call center to confirm and also confirmed by email. The receptionist who I later found out was also the office manager said that she saw where I called the call center to confirm and that I also confirmed via email, but they still had the appts on hold and fill... read more
