They are rude and lie on charges! Was quoted one price and the next week went in and they said they made a mistake as it is $2,200 for deep cleaning! I know salaries need to be paid but why two different quotes for same work? I waited for them like they asked after an hour an half they said “sorry we are going to lunch” now. Yes people deserve a break but tell the patient it is a possibility of a very long wait. My family I have had too many poor excuses from these people! They don’t deserve be open.

Came here for my initial exam and was told my insurance was in network. Was given a treatment plan with estimated benefits. Scheduled my filling and made a pre payment as required towards it. Came in for my appt and was told my insurance is out of network and they are sorry they missed that. Obviously lack of training and expertise.

aspen dental failed to understand a toothache and that an appointment for pain would need more than just a cleaning. they failed to help when PAIN is in play. they then tried to blame me for the scheduling error. will never return to them again. horrible waste of time.

They do a free checkup and them tell you how expensive it is and people with low income can't afford it. worst experience I have ever had
Terrible it took me 3 hours just to schedule a routine cleaning then they tried to add on extra stuff that my insurance did not cover after I specifically told them I did not want them services
