Although I cannot recommend Aspen Dental for treatment, I will say the one good thing about them was the front office employee Audrey McCloud. Audrey went above and beyond accommodating our schedule (we live an hour away) and making sure the insurance was properly handled. She was the only pain free part of the process. It was a shame we felt like the dental treatment plan they presented to my husband and myself was a standard plan they propose to every patient. David Tepper’s Carolina Panthers are managed better than this office. It’s THAT comically bad. I’ve been trying to get into this office for a cleaning for almost a year. It gets right up to time for my scheduled appointment, when I get a text saying that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. I’m a pretty understanding and gracious person. Stuff happens, it’s life. But when I can’t get another appointment until 6 months later, then when THAT appointment comes up, I have to be rescheduled AGAIN, that’s a bit much. ... read more

This started in Dec 2022. I was looking to get snap ons. All I got was a condescending Dentist that said my gums were too small because of my ill fitting bottom dentures. She said that they were partners with an Orthodontist but they wouldn't take any insurance. This is very expensive work so I told her I would find my own Orthodontist. Then she got really ugly with the tone of disdain. I got my own Orthodontist and got the posts installed. I then contacted them when the posts were uncovered. I would highly not recommend this office. we waited 3 months for an appointment. Today was our appointment and they just called and canceled and said they can't get us in until August. That to me is ridiculous and poor management of a office.

I sat in the exam room chair freezing for over an hour without a single person stopping in to tell me what the long wait was about. But the staff seemed very friendly and competent in their jobs. I may just have been there on a bad day.

Expensive. Appt at 5 pm. Was called at 10:40am and asked to come in early. Like 11am. I arrived 11:10 told I was late when I explained my appt was at 5 pm and that they called me in early with 20 min notice and I live 15 mins away. Thought I made good time getting there. They took me right back. Got exam and X-rays. Couldn’t find insurance card. The bill was 225 for today’s visit. I attempted to contact them regarding urgent dental advice pertaining my son. The woman who came out was focused on communicating how expensive the visit would be and the “extensive wait time”. She expressed zero concerns for my child’s dental health and well being.
