I have been in to this office for regular dental cleanings and exams for years, including wisdom tooth surgery last summer, and I've never had a bad experience! The doctors there are friendly and knowledgeable and always put my "dentist anxiety" at ease. The front desk staff is also very helpful and polite. I will be returning for my future dental care!

I would give them no stars if possible. No matter how bad your tooth pain is...go anywhere else! In 2024, I went for a consult to have a tooth extracted. I was quoted a price of what my insurance would cover. The day of appointment the I went in, paid what I was told I owed for everything. Aspen Dental had quite the plan to scam in this situation. I was planned to get a singular wisdom tooth out due to having tremendous pain and swelling. I decided to go to Aspen hoping that they wouldn't continue malice practices (which their reputation is known for) though this is where the issues began. I scheduled an emergency consult for a wisdom tooth extraction, received a text the day before to confirm my appointment by calling a specified number and selecting option two. I did this. The following morning, THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, I received a text informing me that my appointment was cancelled because I didn't confirm it. Seeing these other reviews, I guess I dodged a bullet!

Had an emergency called phone number advised issue I was experiencing. Appointment was made and when I arrived was informed that they cannot address my issue. Waste of time and do not recommend.

After 5 days I get a response from the social care team. A basic F U If you are really interested in staying open you should make an effort to call me. Just a suggestion I don't care if you do or not it's not my business a good general manager or area director would want to know why there are only 1 star reviews Ephrata isn't that big

Go in wanting a basic cleaning. They try and sell me 8k worth of crap I don't need. My dentist retired, so I'm searching for a new dentist. Go in and get rays. Then a claim of 8k worth of work needed. But work could not be done without an 800 dollar cleaning. I have insurance and get Mt teeth cleaned twice a year. So I walked out. Now I have the pleasure of calling them over and over and over to get them to send a release form to go to a real dentist, and not a con team. They are likely purposely not sending it. On 7/24/24 I had a cleaning appointment. I was told I had no balance and was good to go. 2 weeks later a bill came, I paid it. on 9/5/24 another bill came with a different amount claiming to be past due. Both bills were from the same appointment. I tried multiple times calling and my calls went unanswered. Very poor service, will not recommend them as I feel they are a scam and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. And future appointment will be cancelled.
