Why isn’t your phone working? I’ve tried calling two days straight now.

We’ve experienced a cybersecurity incident that has temporarily impacted our ability to access scheduling systems, phone systems and other business applications for Aspen Dental. We are still working to resolve issues related to our Aspen Offices so please know that we have limited access to contact patients at this point. Aspen Dental sucks! Booked appointment 4 months and show up and they were closed on my appointment date and they sent me a reminder 2 days before appointment. Then I call to complain and they reschedule me over a month later after they screwed up. Then I show up was told my insurance covered everything and I get billed and they took my money which weren’t suppose to be billed for exams or cleanings. And I was promised a cleaning which was told when I got there I couldn’t and had to go to Ashtabula. You guys are clowns and I ... read more

If anyone is thinking of going to Aspen Dental in Erie Pa....I urge you to RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. When I first went there I loved it. Now I have been jerked around so much by them in the last year I could cry. I'm not saying all Aspen Dentals are that way I have a co-worker who went to Hermitage and had a wonderful experience. So if you are considering going there just use another location.

In 2009 I had bridgework done to The the entire upper portion of my mouth. A lot of pain and a lot of expense. The dentist that did the work had literally no personality. He put the bridges in, neglecting to tell me that the space on the right side of my mouth was to wide to support the pressure that normal eating and sleeping would produce. In 2013 I had an appointment with Aspen Dental in Greenville, SC. While working on my teeth, the dentist broke the bridge on the right. He refused to fix it. This practice is and dishonest and will try sneak things onto your bill that you don't agree to. They will force you to pay upfront before any service is done and will try to scare you into unnecessary procedures. They are friendly but deceitful and their medical billing staff does not know what they are doing. They will also not let you choose what they do to you and offer their extensive "treatment plans" as an all or nothing deal. Honestly you do not want to hear it but it was very poor.If you saw the work they did on the partial plate. You would not believe it very disappoint. There was more and they say there is nothing they can do . I payed cash and a lot upfront do not do that . I will never say they are good go there.Honestly The worse place.
