When you walk in the door, they ask for your credit card with no explanation of what you are paying for. Then when you refuse some of the unnecessary services and ask for a refund, they do not process the refund. You have to call and ask multiple times to get your money back. This is a hassle for the patients, but the location does not care. They want your money.

I should have listened to the reviews.. My upper gum were completely fine until I went for a routine checkup/"cleaning". And, of course because I'm a new patient, they wouldn't do the cleaning until I've done the x-ray, spoke to the doctor etc etc.. They'll charge you before any kind of service. They scheduled my cleaning two weeks out after the initial checkup. I took time off work to go to the dentist just to be told that I'll need to come back again in two weeks. I really wanted to give this place a chance. But all the negative reviews are unfortunately true. First, yes the office manager definitely has a used car salesman attitude. They rush you and speak so quick and charge you for every little thing. Secondly, the Dr is very rough with extractions. She took forever and after she finally took the tooth out she just left without saying a word to me. The directions were unclear on what to do after I had all this work done. I had an extraction today along with a cleaning. First off that was the roughest extraction I've ever had. Secondly I was told my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. 2 hours later and nothing so by now the feeling has come back and I'm in pain. Called twice before they closed left message because nobody picked up. No one returned my call and they are closed. This place gets one star because of the wonder dental hygienist Sara and dental assistant Sierra. However, my experience overall was horrible here. My first visit went perfect with my part one cleaning, but I came in the following week to get my cavities filled and it was a disaster. The dentist and dental assistant were not in sync and you can tell it was their first time working together. I've only been a patient here for a couple of months and needless to say the service is going down. I honestly don't like how this company operates as it's not a traditional dentist office. I called yesterday because I wanted to get a filling done as I've put it off already. I also wanted my wisdom tooth checked out as it's been bothering me lately.
