I was a a little late to start as I was given wrong diewctions by someone elase and went to wrong plaza. I finally found it and was around 20 mins late. I expected to have to rebook, but was told they could take me . That alone made my experience great. All staff WAS MORE THEN FRIENDLY AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. equipment was STATe OF THE ARTS. People are polite, welcoming and definitely know what they do!
The doctor was very detailed and knowledgeable with the care he provided me with. The office staff was very supportive, friendly, and professional. There were no hidden fees and they were straight up with what kind of service I'll need at the best price possible.

Excellent experience. Yolanda who sits in the front desk area was professional, polite and extremely helpful in answering all my initial questions around financing options, and giving me realistic expectations to help ease all the anxiety I had about visiting a dentist. Although I just met her that day as a last minute problem focus patient I felt a sense of welcome that immediately made me feel like I had walked into the right place for my issue. I had an emergency, and they fit me in the schedule right away, staff were friendly, checked my insurance coverage before they took action, and did a brilliant job fixing my chipped front tooth! Needless to say I was upset when my tooth chipped and since it was my first visit to Aspen Dental was nervous, but they were great. Dr. Alain Auguste was wonderful.
Keilah and Janette were wonderful. They made my experience as wonderful as could be. Will be recommending this office to friends.
