Excellent patient care skills, I was in and out, and they even got my cleaning done too!!
Excellent! Best Dentist I've been to. Destiny & Tiffany were very knowledgeable & nice. 2 visits in a week. My initial first visit took less than an hour. My cleaning, I may have been there 30 minutes, including the parking lot! Great staff & a top notch facility.
They were quick enough to take my money then kept rescheduling my appointment. After the fifth time, I asked for a refund. Have been waiting nearly three weeks and haven't received it yet. Can never speak to anyone when I call and they never return calls. Do not recommend this office as all I've gotten is the runaround..

very disappointed and dissatisfied scheduled an appointment for today at 11am 3 weeks ago. yesterday received text that it was changed to 10.15am. this morning was texted that appmt was canceled. after 30mins with appmt office ... and multiple holds was told that they couldn't reschedule for 6 weeks. reason for cancelation was staff were sick .... not how you treat a first time patient ... don't waste your time.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist! The claim that they will handle all of your dental needs quickly, sometimes even same day, is nonsense. Everytime I've had any kind of dental emergency, I've had to wait weeks upon weeks to be seen, and then they keep rescheduling my appointments due to short staffing, sometimes without even notifying me! Do not, I repeat, do not go to Aspen Dental in Florence, SC. 10 out of 10, do NOT recommend.

I took my child here for a chipped tooth. they told me the amount of visits required and the cost. they told me the total and what insurance would cover, then had me apply for care credit to cover the remaining. after 2 of the 5 scheduled appointments and a dentist, who clearly did not know how to work with an autistic child, I chose not to return. I then received a bill for 300 dollars, that clearly stated that the total for the two visits were 850 dollars, but between my insurance and care credit, they were paid over 900, ... read more
