Went their for a general check-up. The staff are polite and very professional. I like the way they treat their patients. They're awesome. I highly recommend them..
I was new to the area last year, and I have been to Aspen twice now. I have found everyone and everything at this location to be satisfactory and pleasant.
This place was amazing!! My boyfriend was in a lot of pain with two broken teeth- several dentist prior kept telling him he had to go to an oral surgeon or that "they couldn't pull the teeth"!! We arrived to Aspen for the appt (as a new patient). Front office staff was welcoming and prompt with their attention to us. They got him in ahead of schedule, pulled two teeth and he was good to go- problem fixed after about three prior dentist doing NOTHING but taking our money!! Would absolutely recommend this dentist office!!
AMAZING STAFF!!! Everything was thoroughly explained and I felt like they genuinely cared about me, my dental health and me having a positive experience. This was the best dental experience I have EVER had. The dentist and basically everyone there kept me smiling and laughing (non medicated other than the numbing shot) even throughout my proceedure. I will use ONLY this office from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. They even saved me from being scammed by another local office who misdiagnosed me!
When I first started getting the work I needed done I felt the dental technicians that dealt with me were very unprofessional lacked proper training and could surely use a class in customer service they were awful and knowing it would be months altogether to get my work done due to healing etc.....I decided it was not the place for me, and as I angrily began to walk out after paying hundreds of dollars out of my pocket and them also billing my insurance almost two thousand do...
