Wonderful people, everyone very kind!! I called with a horrible toothache and in less than 24 hours from the time I called I was walking out of the office pain free!!!
I really liked aspen dental they explained everything to me show me the exact right way to floss your teeth everyone was very friendly and accommodating

They also e an awesome group of people. I have always been freaked out going to the dentist I explained to them at aspen dental on the first phone call and they were great. Until I have a really bad experience there no one can convince me they arent the best people to get your teeth taken care of. After they had pulled my teeth. I had got my dentures n the fit great!! The people are so friendly and helpful!! Nice atmosphere
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. V is amazing. I have a real fear of dentists and they are always very patient and kind. My only complaint would be that as a corporation they are constantly trying to upsell services and products which I do find annoying but otherwise everything is great.

I had my teeth removed there 2+ years ago everyone was wonderful and made me very comfortable....the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my temporary teeth never fit and my permanent were supposed to be an upgrade and I can't afford it so I remain toothless

I had a very bad experience at another Aspen Dental so they sent me to Dr. V to fix the mess they had made of my mouth and dentures. Dr. V knew exactly what to do to make it right and did so! Everybody was friendly and explained everything to me.
Was just there today with my three daughters. Very friendly and was always someone making sure we understood what was going on and what the next step in care was needed. We had a very very bad experience at another dentist office in the area and my girls have been very nervous on getting any work done.. The ladies there made my girls feel much better and loved it.. Thank you Aspen dental in Decatur for a great welcoming.
