I called several day ago and got Jessica in their call center. We made an appt for Feb 28. I was promised in that call if he going home with dentures that day. Money hit my bank sooner so I called back to see if there was an earlier appointment and there was. Have tried a couple of times to get dentures that fit but wasn’t satisfied until went to Dr. Yarger and her assistant in Olivia Fuquay Varina, NC. The entire staff is professional and efficient and I’m very happy with my smile. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental services.
Aspen Dental was a little further to travel to but we’ll worth the trip. Vanessa greeted us upon calling in and set up all our appointments. Ellen ran the insurance and explained the breakdown procedure costs. Lexi was my hygienist and kept me abreast of the procedures and fittings of dentures. Dr Yarger was the best. She had my teeth extracted and my new dentures in place the same day. She provides gentle and very satisfying care. I highly recommend Aspen for all your dental needs.
Ill be the first to tell anyone that dentist scare the heck out of me. I've had a phobia of them since I was a little girl. I waited til I had major problems with my mouth to explore dentists. Dr Petal was very patient, understanding and i swear he is a secret Ninja. I was in a lot of pain, he went in and numbed me with out ever feeling the sting of the injection. Several problems happened over the years I was a patient here. The last straw was a filing that they had done popped out after about 13 months and they said they would not discount or fix it for free. I went to another dentist who did confirm the filing was their fault and should not have popped out and that they would have fixed it free of charge. Tries to push expensive, unnecessary procedures; website says basic cleaning $84 yet charging me $150+; & WILL NOT RETURN phone calls! Never get a live person-always goes to VM.
Aspen Dental is worried about one thing and one thing alone: MONEY. They have no compassion for patients like myself, who have dental insurance, but are currently unemployed due to COVID19. During my first appt, I waited FOREVER to finally see the dentist and after going through the entire X-ray and exam process, the manager had left the office and there was no one to go over my treatment plan and options regarding payment.
